Breakfast options:
1. Scrambled egg whites with one slice of whole wheat bread.
2. Protein bar with a banana
3. Protein shake
4. Light vanilla yogurt with frozen blueberries or honey
Lunch:
1. Apple, banana, and cinnamon mixed
2. Tuna on whole wheat
3. Spinach salad with oranges, apples, and blueberries topped with poppyseed dressing
I’m not big on dinner because I really never know what I’m going to have. Simplest thing to do is look online for healthy dinner options. There’s so many out there!
Look on YouTube for inner thigh workouts. It’s easier to look online and see examples than me tell you how to do it.
I exercise every single day :) Loooove it to be honest haha I hate going through a day without it. I run every other day but I make sure to do situps or leg lifts everyday.
It actually didn’t take me very long. I drastically changed my calorie intake so it made a huge difference. I went from 140 to 117 within 3 and a half months.

I eat protein bars, protein shakes, spinach, lots and lots of fruit, avocados, almonds, raisins, and tuna. Those are the main things, but I eat out every now and then or change it up somehow.
Yup. I hated them. It was part of the reason why I started doing all this. I was like, “I am not supposed to have these until I’m pregnant…not cool.” I still kinda have them, but they’re faint.
I do it at home! I put on a movie, TV show, or some music and exercise during them :) I don’t feel comfortable exercising in front of people to be honest :/

I try to find foods with less sugar. Sugar goes STRAIGHT to the thighs. I do mainly leg lifts and lots and lots of walking :)
RESISTANCE. oh there’s been so much of that. You really just have to get it in your mind what you want. Do you want that food that you don’t need or the body that you desperately want?? I’m not saying to starve yourself…but you know that food you eat on the side that you feel guilty for eating afterwards? Don’t eat that food. I also exercise whenever. I don’t have a set schedule of when I exercise. It’s just whenever I get a chance during the day. Give yourself some freedom…it’ll help a lot. But remember to not deprive yourself. I started doing that in the beginning and I was not happy with it at all. You just need balance.
